As a Professional Life Coach (PLC), work is rooted in real-life experiences, not hypotheticals. Guiding people through the same challenges, setbacks, and defining moments that shaped growth.
Trials and Tribulations come with living this Life of ours, therefore it’s important for us to seek Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding.
The mission is to gain Knowledge of Self and Freedom from the areas of:
- self sabotage
- self disrespect
- self manipulation
- self defeat
Which are often derived from the People, Places, Things and Situations around us.
In order for us to reach a level of Clairvoyance, which is the ability to see beyond the range of ordinary perception……
An enormous amount of deep work is required from within;
- the core-of-our-being and
- the depths-of-our-soul
For me, it all started after my Sister was killed in a tragic car accident at the young age of 17.
Shortly after, my Mother gifted me with a small plastic easel stand including a plate to place on my bedroom dresser that read,
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference.”
At 12 years old, the Serenity Prayer gave me Discernment; the ability to perceive, understand, and judge situations clearly, often going beyond the obvious to identify deeper truths, motives, and spiritual realities.

- How to build daily actions that create real change
- How cause and effect show up in your relationships, career, and decision-making
- How to build momentum in your Life
When you understand this cycle, you stop reacting to Life and start creating results intentionally.
Once momentum starts, Life begins to move differently.

Life Feels Complete.
WHY
Was born on the 7th day, 11/7 to be exact. 7 month baby, the World was ready for me, even if I wasn’t ready for the World.
- Doctors told my Mother, “He’s going to be Brain Dead and a Vegetable for the rest of his Life if he lives.” I flat-lined, Life left my Body while in the hospital waiting room.
- During the helicopter Life flight to another hospital, the Breathing Tube malfunctioned but by the Grace of God and a praying Mother, I started breathing on my own.
Mother and Pops were together for only 7 months after my birth.
The 7th Day Adventist Church took my Mother from the Streets, she vowed if I Survived she would turn her Life over to God.
We were Saved.
The Number 7 is a Powerful and Universally significant number in spirituality symbolizing Completeness, perfection, introspection and spiritual awakening.
The Heart represents the core of human consciousness, serving as the center for Love, compassion, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Universally viewed as the bridge between the physical and divine realms—the true seat of the soul.
Life doesn’t always happen the way we expect but……
sometimes the experiences that seem the most difficult in the moment become the very experiences that strengthen us the most.
